SEO
Managed SEO programs driven by what is happening in your market — not a fixed monthly checklist.
SEO driven by intelligence — not a monthly checklist.
Know where you’re visible. Know where you’re losing ground. Know what to do next.
Most SEO retainers are a fixed list of tasks repeated every month — a few blog posts, some links, a report nobody reads. The work happens whether or not it’s the work your business needs.
We run SEO as a managed program instead. You’re not buying software or a keyword count. You’re buying a team that keeps asking the right questions about your market and acts on the answers.
The questions behind the work
Every month, we’re answering these
- What are you actually trying to sell?
- Where do you want to sell it?
- What are people searching for when they want it?
- Who are you competing against for those searches?
- Where are you visible right now?
- Where are you losing ground?
- Where are the opportunities you’re not touching yet?
- What should we work on next?
- Is any of it producing real business?
The answers change. That’s the point — and it’s why the work changes with them instead of repeating.
Your core searches, and everything around them
Every business has a handful of searches that matter most — the ones that describe exactly what you sell, where you sell it, and what someone types when they’re ready to buy. Those are your primary targets, and they get sustained, deliberate work.
But your market is bigger than that shortlist. Around those core searches sit hundreds of related ones: different phrasings, adjacent services, product variations, nearby towns, seasonal demand, the questions people ask before they buy, and the searches your competitors are quietly capturing. We keep watching those too. When one becomes worth pursuing, it moves up the list.
That’s the difference between a plan written once at kickoff and a program that keeps finding new ground.
Find the program that fits
A single-location service business, a company moving into five cities, and an online store with 800 products have almost nothing in common as SEO problems. These programs exist because the work genuinely differs — not because we needed tiers.
Local SEO
For businesses serving one main market who want to be the obvious local choice.
Growth SEO
For businesses with more services, tougher competition, or ground still to cover.
Regional SEO
For businesses serving several cities, where every market behaves differently.
Ecommerce SEO Overhaul
A one-time project to fix the SEO foundation of an online store on Shopify, WooCommerce, or another ecommerce platform.
National or custom programs. If you compete nationally, sell across many categories, or need something these don’t cover, we scope it individually. Start with an analysis and we’ll talk it through.
What powers it
ATMS SEO Intelligence
Behind every program is the work of continuously connecting what you sell, where you sell it, what people search for, who’s winning, where you appear, and what changed. It isn’t something you log into — it’s how we decide what to do next, and how we know whether it worked.
Common questions
How long before I see results?
Meaningful movement usually takes three to six months, longer in competitive markets. Anyone promising rankings in weeks is either chasing searches nobody makes or telling you what you want to hear.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else — nobody controls Google’s results. What we commit to is the work, the reasoning behind it, and honest reporting on what actually changed.
Am I locked into a long contract?
SEO needs time to work, so we ask for a realistic runway rather than a month-to-month trial. We’ll be direct about that up front instead of burying it in the terms.
Will you work with my competitor?
Our current direction is to work with one business per industry within a given market. We don’t think your marketing partner should be helping the competitor down the street beat you with the same strategy. If you want to know whether your market is open, just ask.
Is this different for an online store?
Yes, substantially. Ecommerce SEO is mostly about product and collection structure, indexation and duplicate content — problems a local service business never has. Most stores are better served starting with the Ecommerce SEO Overhaul.
What do I actually get each month?
Work on your site and your visibility, a clear account of what was done and why, and what’s queued next. The specific work varies, because it’s chosen from what your market is doing rather than from a fixed list.
