Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It describes how the site actually works rather than covering every situation that might one day apply.
Who operates this website
This website is operated by ATMS Marketing, also known as Around Town Media Services, of Post Falls, Idaho 83854.
Questions about this policy, or about information you have sent us, can go to info@aroundtownservicesid.com.
Information you give us
The website has two forms: a request for a free digital visibility analysis, and a general contact form. What you type into them is what we receive. Depending on the form, that can include:
- your name
- your business name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your website address
- your type of business
- where you want customers
- which services you are interested in
- anything you write in a message or open question
Only the fields marked required have to be completed. Everything else is optional, and leaving it blank does not stop the form being sent.
Submissions are processed by Fluent Forms, which stores them inside this website alongside sending us an email notification.
Information collected automatically
The live website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use it — for example which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, what type of device and browser they use, and which site or search referred them. This is used to improve the website and our own marketing. It is not used to identify you personally.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, as virtually all web hosting does.
Spam protection
The forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to tell real submissions from automated ones. It runs in the background without asking you to solve anything, and it means Google receives some information about your interaction with the page in order to score it. Google’s own privacy terms apply to that processing.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA set cookies or use similar browser storage to do their jobs. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking them may affect how parts of the site behave. This website does not use advertising cookies of its own.
How we use what you send
- to reply to your enquiry
- to understand what you are asking for and whether we can help
- to prepare an analysis, recommendation or proposal you have asked for
- to communicate with you about work we are doing or discussing
- to operate, maintain and improve this website
- to detect and prevent spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Sending either form on this website puts you in touch with us about your enquiry. It does not sign you up to a newsletter or promotional email list. If we ever offer one, joining it will be a separate, deliberate choice you make.
Service providers
Running a website and replying to enquiries means a small number of providers handle limited information on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, website analytics and spam prevention. They process it to provide those services, not for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — replying to you, carrying out or discussing work, and meeting ordinary business, operational and legal recordkeeping needs. We do not promise a fixed deletion date. If you would like us to delete information you have sent, ask us at info@aroundtownservicesid.com and we will do so where we are able to.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your choices
You choose what to put in a form, and you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aroundtownservicesid.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This is a business website and it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or the business changes. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top will change.
